My name is Hannah. I am a Personal Trainer based in the Pleasance Gym, Edinburgh.

Meet your PT

As a former professional basketball player who has represented GB and Scotland, I started Limitless Performance Training in 2016 with the desire to help others reach their physical potential.

I completed my Masters in Strength in Conditioning in 2018 and became a NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist soon after.

Through my PT services I help people in Edinburgh improve their their physical performance, specialising in sport performance and injury rehabilitation. From the fitness beginner looking to take their first steps in the gym to the elite athlete looking to get an advantage over their opponent, I work with all types of people with any goal.

I will take you through a comprehensive assessment to get to the route of your pain. Our sessions together will then focus on addressing biomechanics (not just rehab exercises for the area that is injured) and on building a body that moves effortlessly without pain and restriction. Areas I work with most are back, shoulder and hip pain.
